The team is now on a winning streak and comfortably occupies the 5^th spot. They’re now on the verge of clinching another qualifying spot for the European competitions.

For the newly-promoted FC Cologne, meeting Schalke in the Veltins Arena is a risk. The host has been successful in their last 7 matches at home, whereas Cologne is already dwindling in a 3-match defeat.
