Manchester United - Week 14

Burnley vs. Newcastle United

A draw barely helped the Clarets in leaving the relegation zone. Despite their late efforts, this did not help them secure the saving grace that might have prevented them from joining a tough a survival challenge towards the season’s end.

Burnley has already accumulated eleven (11) points and is tied with Queen Park Rangers (QPR) and Hull, but its poor goal difference pushes them at the periphery of the league table.

Newcastle United

Indeed, it was a frustrating week for the Magpies. After a 5-match undefeated streak, its glory days have finally come to end when an aggressive West Ham United stole the three (3) points from them.

Nevertheless, the disappointing result will barely give them a problem when they travel to Turf Moor. It doesn’t take a genius to see that they have the outright edge against the host.
