2014-2015 English Premier League Predictions: Week 10 (Part 5)

Manchester United - Week 10

Manchester City vs. Tottenham Hotspur

Match Date: 02 November 2014 (local time)

Venue: Etihad Stadium

Manchester City

A series of unfortunate events worry the defending champion’s head honcho, Manuel Pellegrini.

According to the tactician, the squad lacked the trust and confidence that made them a solid group last season. Just recently, West Ham United kept City at bay via scoring two (2) goals. None of City’s revered strikers were able to respond and this caused them to drop in their Premier League ranking.

After the shocking defeat, the squad was easily eliminated in the Capital One Cup tournament, thus, causing more problems in the group.

Manchester United

Manchester United took the minnow’s role in their recent clash against the online betting favorite, Chelsea, but this did not prevent them from clinching an (unexpected) stalemate.

Manchester United - Week 10

Louis Van Gaal and his men could easily take the positives from the said match and cause another upset in the upcoming derby.

Manchester City 1-0 Manchester United

Stoke vs. West Ham United

Match Date: 01 November 2014 (local time)

Venue: Britannia Stadium

Stoke will do everything to feature at home after experiencing a narrow defeat to Southampton.

The host barely reacted in their previous match and this has readily caused them to miss the three (3) points. Their upcoming encounter will not be a bed of roses despite being held in their own ground. Thus, expect a stronger and a more aggressive Stoke to come out in the pitch.

West Ham United

West Ham United visits Stoke with overflowing confidence after snatching a well-deserved triumph against Manchester City. The said victory catapulted gave the club a firm grip in the 4th spot of the league table. Should they continue such impressive performance, there is a high possibility for West Ham to qualify in the Champions League next season.
